Over the course of his career, he has led numerous innovative and critical healthcare projects and companies that have supported the growth of healthcare across the region, including contributing to the development of Dubai Healthcare City and various clinics and hospitals across the GCC.

Joe is a healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience across digital health, healthcare transformation, population health, payer-provider collaboration, technology, and data analytics. His background includes a significant role as Head of vHealth at Aetna, where he led the charge in establishing full-fledged telemedicine operations in the UAE. This blend of strategic and practical expertise has established him as an authority in digital health and healthcare transformation. He leads Diginova’s strategy, growth, partnerships, and client engagements across the META region.

CO-FOUNDER AND CFO
Utku co-founded Diginova Health Solutions and works closely with clients and partners across the healthcare innovation ecosystem. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey, advising clients across Turkey, the GCC, and South Africa, before moving into banking and finance, where he held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Julius Baer, and Emirates NBD. His expertise spans finance, health technology, strategy, and business development.

Elif leads programme delivery, client engagements, and operational execution across Diginova’s portfolio. She has 5 years of experience in healthcare consultancy, financial management, and business development, with a background in international finance gained in London that she draws on when shaping Diginova’s regional programmes and client relationships. She plays a key role in translating strategy into measurable outcomes for clients and partners.

Catherine supports healthcare and insurance sector engagements, providing expertise in payer innovation, market access, stakeholder engagement, and commercialization initiatives. She brings over a decade of experience in the medical insurance industry, with particular depth in medical pre-authorization and complaints resolution, built through client-facing roles at Aetna and MSH International, including contributing to the growth of a telehealth and digital healthcare platform.
